Executive Search and Placement
We provide these Executive Search and Placement Services in standard Recruitment Firm fashion as noted below:
- Contingency Staffing Contract – This is where ARIS Careers Searches for and Places a candidate for you at an agreed upon fee, either exclusively or in competition with other Recruiting Firms. In any event, the Client only pays for results he/she receives. Standard Fee Rates Apply.
- Retainer Staffing Contract - This is where ARIS Careers enters into an agreement with the Employer for an escalated Search Effort which requires us to cease all other work and locate a specific candidate on short notice. We can negotiate the fee and begin search efforts upon receipt of the first 50% of the fee. Remaining fee is only due upon successful completion of the search.
- Temp to Hire Contract – ARIS Careers has not yet undertaken a temp to hire contract, where we staff your open positions for an override on the hourly wage of the placed employee. We would consider this type of arrangement for the right organization and reasonable terms. Feel free to ask about this service if your placement needs would be best suited to this type of arrangement.
- Split Fee Agreement – ARIS Careers routinely works with other Recruiting Firms under a Split Fee Agreement which aids both parties when an escalated search and placement is called for or if one of our firms has contracted an unusually difficult placement. We can multiply our capacity to respond by mutually supporting one another. ARIS Careers is very particular about maintaining our reputation and will only work on a Split Fee basis with other known reputable firms.
- Our Guarantee – At ARIS Careers we pride ourselves in our capacity to search for and place the best talent available. However this does not mean that a candidate may walk off the job or become intolerable within a short period of time. For this reason ARIS Careers provides a 90 day replacement guarantee for each candidate we place. If for any reason one of our candidates fails to stay honorably employed or must be terminated by the employer within 90 days of hiring, we will search and place a new and acceptable candidate at no cost.
